• Authentication Data: Access tokens provided by Meta to interact with your Instagram Business Account.
• Messaging Data: Incoming direct messages (DMs) to enable AI-powered automated replies.
• Lead Data: Name and contact information provided by your customers during conversations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide automated customer support replies via Instagram.
• Capture and organize business leads in your dashboard.
• Improve the accuracy of our AI responses.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only processed through secure API channels (Meta Graph API and Groq/OpenAI for AI processing).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect your account at any time. Upon request, we will permanently delete all stored messaging history and lead data associated with your business.
