By using Lumis AI, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform policies.

2. Service Description

Lumis AI provides an automation platform for Instagram Business Messaging. We use Artificial Intelligence to facilitate customer engagement and lead capture.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your automated replies comply with local laws and do not engage in spam or deceptive practices.

4. Platform Compliance

Users must maintain a valid Instagram Business Account and follow the Meta Developer Policies at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lumis AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any account restrictions imposed by Meta due to misuse of automation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these terms or the Meta Platform Policy.
